SPS polyp extension.

Prime time for my tank is late evening before the lights go out. It seems to be when everything is happiest and all of my SPS have their polyps extended.
During the day however, let’s say during peak lighting, polyps are extended minimally at best.
Is this something other people experience, or could it be a sign that I need to change something ie. light output?

I have the same issue. And although I havent proven it yet, all my research suggests that it's my Bycolor Angelfush...

I also notice the same thing. I have great polyp extension while lights are off or with just reefbrites but once full lighting is on its minimal at best. I wouldn't worry to much about it unless you NEVER see polyp extension. If you have made sure you have no pest issues and are sure no fish are nipping all should be fine. This is just my experience in my system. Cheers
