Oldie but Newbie in need of equipment

Hey gang, I dont have a lot of cash to spend but Ive got the itch again to start up a salt tank thanks to Tony. I'll be using my existing 20 gallon long. I'll need some sort of light a hang on skimmer and some live rock. I hate to beat a dead horse but cost is key as I'm already going to face the wrath of Jo-Anne....thanks again Tony.

Can anyone help me out?

Mitchell i havd an old seaclone hang on the back skimmer, along with a maxi jet that you need to run it, which you can have for a coffee on pick up
Also have half a bucket of sand and a bunch of rock you can select from.

That salt water itch is kinda like chlamydia, it keeps coming back.... lol
