Looking for an ID

Hi all - anyone know what these little white dots are? They’re found mostly in the lower half of the tank, started popping up on day and now they’re all over. They’re all pretty consistent in size, roughly 2-3mm, and are on bright surfaces but also on rocks hiding under overhangs in shadow. They are very slightly raised, and have almost a soft sort of appearance, not sure that comes across in the photos. They don’t move or do anything really, except increase in number
