Hey all, i want to raise my alkalinity , what does everyone recommend for an easy to dose product?

I dont have any reactors or dosing pumps, so pour and drop seems the best choice right now. (And easiest)

Baking soda Arm & Hammer from the grocery store if you look at the reef calculator that I posted in this forum as a sticky you can punch in your tank volume , your alk you're out and your desired alk and select baking soda and it will tell you how much

Thanks Luke, taking your word for it, wife a little skeptical about using house hold items in the tank, lol

I'll add a little and test frequently

You have to mix it with Rodi water until the water is clear but use the calculator to be sure to find out how much you need

Thanks all, started with some baking soda in my ATO, its slowly raining daily. May throw some in the oven to keep the PH up as I go.
