April 2015 build time, we built this tank 3 times as I was not happy with the seals the first two times, then after a little research I found that two small beads under each pain of glass would make all the difference. The beads stopped the glass from displacing all the silicone so we had 1mm of silicone to from a good strong bond.
A huge shout out to Al B he persevered with us on all three builds, fun times...
